The current collection covers the Terrifier chapter's six new perks and six existing perks adjusted in 10.3.0 PTB. It includes tier tables, a before-and-after rule comparison, and two interactive perk references.

How the reference is written

Rules and numbers come from public developer patch notes, official chapter pages and official announcements. Each factual guide links its sources and identifies the build it describes.

Test-build numbers are kept distinct from earlier live rules. Missing values, such as the duration left unspecified in the Bike Horn description, are not filled in with guesses. Strategy explanations are written from the published rules and are not presented as measured match results.
